Jughead, knowing he's likely going to die later, makes Tabitha promise him to take Pop's national with Alexandra Cabot's help, and she agrees. She then uses her powers to take Jug on a one-minute speed date through the rest of their life together. They have kids, they grow old, and they do it all in a Pop's booth.

The bigger (and stranger) time jump arrives in the Season 6 finale, which sees its heroes face off against the villain Percival Pickens (Chris O'Shea) and a deadly comet. At this point in the series, most of its heroes have developed supernatural abilities.

At the end of season five, Hiram Lodge had a bomb planted under Archie's bed as his final act of revenge against his longtime comic-book enemy — and that bomb pushed the characters of Riverdale into the world of “Rivervale,” a parallel universe where the supernatural is just sort of a thing.

Betty Cooper She never married, but adopted a daughter, Carla, and later became a grandmother to Alice. She died while in the backseat of her granddaughter's car, while they drove back through Riverdale.
