In 30 minutes (at noon) Tracey Posey will be retired after 30 years working for SPS. Finishing out her last day helping out at the front desk of our administration building, where she started her journey with us at the age of 29. Congratulations, Tracey!

A look at satellite late this AM shows wave clouds across the NE 1/3 of WA. These are associated with swift west-northwest winds passing over the Cascades and are indicative of relatively strong winds aloft. There are also hints of the cold front off the NW WA coast. #wawx

TROOPER WAS INVOLVED IN A PURSUIT OF A RUNNING VEHICLE FROM A NON-INJURY HIT AND RUN COLLISION WHERE THE SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS A PROBABLE DUI.  IT STARTED EASTBOUND I 90 AT BARKER AND CONTINUED INTO IDAHO.  ONCE INTO IDAHO, THE IDAHO STATE POLICE TOOK OVER THE PURSUIT.
