By the age of 12, before and then after school, Musk worked as a receptionist alongside her twin sister for their father.

Musk wears many different hats, and in addition to the above, he's also a father of 11 children that he's had with three different women. The X owner shares three kids with the musician Grimes, twins with tech executive Shivon Zilis and five children, a set of twins and triplets, with his ex-wife, Justine Wilson.

In 1990, he entered Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Two years later, he transferred to the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university in Philadelphia, where he earned two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in physics, and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the university's Wharton School.
