How to enable the Google Play store on a Chromebook
  1. Click on the Quick Settings Panel at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll down till you get to Google Play Store and click “turn on.”
  4. Read the terms of service and click “Accept.”
  5. And off you go.
