Clark was prosecuted by the Massachusetts Attorney General in 2013 for failing to deliver wedding videos promised in contracts to more than 100 couples. According to the Massachusetts AG's Office, he was issued $500,000 in judgements and ordered to deliver any video to the affected couples.
