NEW: The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-0 tornado occurred in Rock Co on Sunday. The tornado touched down west of Janesville and moved to Milton; it was on the ground for 22 minutes. #wiwx

NEW: A third tornado has been confirmed from Sunday's storms. This one began east of Janesville in Rock Co and moved into southern Jefferson Co where it lifted. This was also an EF-0 tornado, which was on the ground for 13.8 miles. #wiwx
